The Greenslate.us Interactive Map

July 27, 2020

We are proud to announce the launch of the Greenslate.us Interactive Map. This is powerful open source technology designed to make it easier for Americans to respond to changing conditions and give in real time. Coronavirus case data is updated daily, from the Johns Hopkins University datastore: the most reliable source in the world.

But that’s not all. The map is set up so that clicking on each county shows local, grassroots charities specific to the area impacted. Donors can choose from ten donation categories: including hospitals and healthcare providers, jobs and economic training, equipment and supplies, or mental health. This lets donors give according to their values, and it gets more resources to the organizations where the funds will have the greatest impact.

We have chosen to integrate with Charity Navigator because of their strong reputation for comprehensive, reliable data. When you give through the Interactive Map, you can rest assured that your donation will be tax-free and directed to a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit. For further security and ease of use, all e-commerce transactions are handled by charitynavigator.org. We do not take any commissions or placement fees.

The Greenslate.us nonprofit portal is designed to effect change and save lives. Thanks for your interest and for stopping by.
